Aviva has adopted a paperless invoicing system for suppliers. As part of the original implementation Peakdean were engaged to create a comprehensive learning package introducing the process. Users are trained in how to use the system to process purchase requests from initial requisition to recording delivery. The training consisted of a process tutorial, system walkthroughs, task practice and an assessment.

As the rollout proceeded across the group it became apparent that a quick reference version of the training was required. This version included system enhancements and was refocused in line with working practices. The training was structured with a brief introduction and an interactive walkthrough of each of the main system tasks.
