Since 2005, Peakdean Interactive has developed a suite of over 20 technical product knowledge e-learning courses for staff responsible for selling product ranges such as bathrooms, timber, pumps, boiler spares, heating controls, burners, pipes / fittings, test instruments and catering equipment. Sophisticated graphics and animations are used extensively to explain how each type of product works.
The courses are between 45 and 60 minutes long, and each includes a printable assignment and end test (with certificate).
Module completions and test results are recorded in a custom-developed tracking and reporting tool - also created by Peakdean.
