
Overseas Holiday Couriers
Peakdean Interactive have developed an e-learning package to prepare couriers at Eurocamp and Keycamp for the summer season. The package consists of five modules: an Introduction to the Company, Health and Safety, Accommodation Preparation, Customer Service and Creating a Good Impression.
Each module is divided into short sections introduced using illustrations of couriers in action at campsites. Best practice in customer service is learned through a series of scenarios where the learner interacts with a 'customer' who is either arriving or presenting a problem. The case studies are illustrated using internal staff acting as couriers and customers. Actors were used to create realistic dialogue to bring a sense of realism.
Each module has a short assessment with results being captured in a database system (also developed by Peakdean) for ongoing monitoring.
