Close the Sale

The Close the Sale game was created to train sales staff in the correct way to close the sale of a quoted insurance product by phone.

The game consists of a series of randomised "calls" presented from a main menu. On accessing a call the user is informed of the sate of play and background of the customer. The program then presents a number of optional statements (close statements and qualifier statements) for the user to select. Following the selection the customer replies, this can be an acceptance, rejection of the close or an answer to the question. A sales coach is also present on screen to provide feedback to the option selected. If the close is rejected the user loses the sale and returns to the menu.
